If you bought your item from our website, you are free to return it, for any reason, within 14 days of receiving it.

You need to tell us within 14 days of receiving your item that you would like to return it. You will then need to return it to us within the next 14 days. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving your returned product.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.If your product is faulty or damaged, details and photos of the fault or damage should be emailed to info@sarahmcallisterart.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless it was faulty when you received it, in which case we will pay your shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam are forbidden. User account will be disabled in these circumstances.
